Vecchia Dispensa Sea Salt with Balsamic Vinegar

Handmade using Sicilian Sea Salt, La Vecchia Dispensa's Balsamic Salt has a rich, almost smokey flavour, imparted from the woods the balsamic vinegar has been aged in. 

Perfect for sprinkling on roasted meat. 

Ingredients: 90% Sea Salt, 10% Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (cooked grape must, wine vinegar (sulphites).
