A L'Olivier Lemon & Grapefruit Fruit Vinegar

These fruit pulp vinegars have endless uses; with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, they are bursting with fresh flavour. The texture is fairly viscous, which means that they work well reduced down after deglazing a pan, in a salad dressing, or even over ice-cream.  

We particularly like the lemon and grapefruit flavour; zingy and fruity, this uplifting vinegar is an excellent partner for fried mackerel or try with a chicken salad. 

Ingredients: Alcohol vinegar 8' 43%, citrus fruit pulp 40% (pulp lemon juice 14.4%, juice and pulp of pink grapefruit 10.8%, orange juice and orange pulp from concentrate 10.8%, sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), granulated sugar, thickener: apple pectin.

Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
