A L'Olivier Lemon Oil

Attractive bottles with pieces of flavouring suspended inside for visual effect. A L’Olivier re-released these, replacing the former ingredients with higher quality versions and printing their origins on the bottle. Wonderfully authentic and richly-flavoured oils. Use for marinades, or to dress pizza and pastas.

Made with lemons from the renowned lemon-growing town of Menton in the south of France, this oil is fresh and light, and can be used over salads, with raw or baked fish and over steamed vegetables. Also very good with tabbouleh and is a delight when mixed with balsamic vinegar. 

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil 94%, lemon peels 5%, natural extracts of lemon and lemon from Nice 1%.
