Liá Extra Virgin Olive Oil
A combination of exceptional soil quality and a unique micro-climate is supported by Liá's dedication to traditional and non-invasive agricultural methods. Liá is made exclusively with Koroneiki olives, a native Greek variety. In 2019 it was awarded best mono-variety olive oil by Flos Olei.
The aroma of Liá is rich and sweet, with a ripe avocado background and a herby note reminiscent of crushed basil leaves. On the palate it has a satisfyingly creamy texture, with traces of green almonds, more avocado and a pleasant cayenne-pepper finish. Some vibrant and fresh bitter-leaf flavours add structure and persevere long after swallowing.
