2023 Harvest Now Available

Jean-Benoit harvests his olives young, and presses them very carefully within hours of picking, to produce a herbaceous, vibrant oil that hums with the flavours of fresh fruit, herbs and spices. 

2022 Harvest Tasting Notes:

This Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a distinctive smell of sweet-toasting almonds, and an unusual rich, earthy background note with some mushroomy aromas. This continues on the palate with some sweet dried fruits and coffee grounds.

Harvested from 100-year-old trees which grow on the slopes of Les Alpilles, now certified as an AOP area.
