Blackcurrant Vinegar (Cassis) 200ml

These fruit pulp vinegars have endless uses. Made by A L'Olivier, they have a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and are bursting with fresh flavour. The texture is fairly viscous, which means that they work well reduced down after deglazing a pan, in a salad dressing, or even over ice-cream.  

The Blackcurrant vinegar has all the intense flavour of the fresh fruit, balanced by its refreshing sourness. A splash can enliven a Autumn fruit tart, or be mixed with the almond oil as a dressing for duck salad.
