A L’Olivier’s Balsamic Vineagar is an IGP product, meaning it has been made to strict guidelines set in Modena, Italy. This Reserve contains over 50% cooked grape must, and the rich amber liquid has a wonderful wood-infused acidity, which balances harmoniously with its raisin-like sweetness. 

Try dripping this balsamic sparingly over slithers of parmesan cheese, or deglazing a pan in which calf's liver has been cooked. An interesting seasoning for rib-eye steak.
