Ravida Marsala Red Wine Vinegar 250ml

The Grillo and Cataratto grapes found in Marsala wine are used to make this delicious vinegar, a new addition to the Ravida range. Made from boiled grape must, the vinegar is carefully blended before being left to rest in wooden barrels for at least four years. With a fragrance and sweetness that resonates with balsamic, use Ravida’s vinegar blended with their oil to make a delicious salad dressing, over grilled or roasted meats, or sprinkled over mature parmesan cheese. Makes a lovely duo with the Ravida Lemon Oil.
